Company

Resitape is a specialized manufacturing company whose core competence is the paste extrusion of Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) fine powder. We produce a wide range of sintered, unsintered and expanded PTFE tapes, films and filaments to recognized world-class standards.
Life began for us in 1962 in Segrate, a suburb of Milano, Italy and today we are located in a newer facility in Liscate (Milano), close to Linate, Milan’s city airport.
The company’s origins were essentially as a highly skilled engineering workshop that designed and constructed processing equipment to shape what was then still a relatively new product to the world market, Polytetrafluoroethylene. Originally, the company was known as Resiflon, and the now very famous Resiflon brand of PTFE Thread Sealant Tape is still manufactured today by Resitape.
